My father used to bring both his cars to MyMechanic for over 10 years. He used to talk about the service and professionalism but I didn’t understand what he was talking about until I had to make a visit to the shop myself about a month ago. They are first class in all categories - expertise, customer service, professionalism, and finding solutions that no one else thinks of. I needed an estimate on a Mercedes 500 for the cost of repairs of deployed airbags all around the car as well as the suspension system and the car not starting. I had no luck with Mercedes dealers so I found Rajeev’s number online and he spent about 15 min. Talking to me and asking questions about the accident and the damage and gave me a ballpark figure of what it would cost to fix it and was honest in saying that it would actually cost more than what the car was worth since it was a 2008. He was so nice and accommodating taking the time which he was not getting paid for to give e a professional opinion so I could let the driver know his options and avoid insurance. That’s great service giving something without expecting anything in return but I definitely will take my car there when I do need repairs because of his honesty and willingness to spend the time to talk to me.
I don’t know where to start as I had a run around from my previous mechanic of 2 years who said that my SUV is not worth repairing & wanted me to buy one of his vehicles that was for sale. With a lot of stress & anxiety, I googled & found “My Mechanic” garage. Since their reviews were all so positive, I called & spoke to Arun, who was so friendly & helpful. He told me to bring it to the garage & after checking it he advised me not to drive it as it was dangerous since the sub-frame was rusted & would fall apart anytime. He was also honest in saying that I have maintained my SUV well. They checked it thoroughly to make sure that I had no other issues & it is safe to drive. I got a lot of stuff fixed apart from the sub-frame -left & front axle, shaft, CV joint, leaking seal, etc. They repaired all this within few days for a reasonable price & on top of it gave me a courtesy car as well. Now my 2019 Maxda Tribute is in good condition & good to drive for another 5 years without any major repairs. They also saved my time & the hassle of rushing into buying another vehicle. I am so glad that I found “My Mechanic” & thank you Arun & team for your exceptional service. It was a pleasure doing business with you and you can be sure that if any of my friends or relatives are looking for a good, honest & reliable mechanic, I will be sending them to “My Mechanic” & tell them to ask for Arun.
